At FlowersGhana, we take great care to ensure that our customers receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that have been delivered or picked up.
In the event that the exact flowers, plants, or container you have selected is unavailable, we will do our best to create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest available plants or flowers. Only items of equal or higher value will be substituted.
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a return is necessary. In these cases, we offer a return policy on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is accepted by our order manager, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
